Cancellations
If you need to cancel your session, this must be done within 48 hours of your appointment. There are no refunds. Please contact me directly to rebook.

No Show
There are no refunds for no-shows or missed sessions.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, you can change your appointment using the confirmation e-mail sent to you. Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 48 hours before your session.
